Your intentions
With a category, a focus intention and your own rhythm. Voice recordings can be played back any time. What no longer fits, you let go of on purpose.
Manifest. · Rituals & portal days
A calm place for your daily ritual: set an intention, write it down with the 3-6-9 method, get reminded on portal days and moons — and keep track of what came true.
For iOS and Android · currently in open beta · free, Pro optional

The ritual
The 3-6-9 method: you write your intention three times in the morning, six times at midday and nine times in the evening — eighteen mindful repetitions a day. Manifest guides you through every session and reminds you in the evening if the ritual is still open.
Not every day is a writing day. That is why there are five ways to complete a session:
With “Read (silent)” you read your sentence in your mind for one to five minutes, then close your eyes — your phone vibrates when the time is up.

Portals & moons
Mirror days like 10/10 and 12/12, the Lion’s Gate in August, 11/11, new and full moons, equinoxes and solstices. Tap the bell on any date and you get a reminder in the morning. On golden portal days your ritual counts double.
The dates above come straight from the app. To be honest: portal days are numerology, while moons, equinoxes and solstices are real astronomy.

Calm
Guided meditations, stories to wind down and nature sounds — from water and sea to night and stars. Plus meditations for the new moon, the full moon and the big portal days. Any sound can also play softly beneath your focus session or a story.
The app collects your mindful minutes in a statistic of their own — and, if you like, writes them to Apple Health.
What else is inside
Manifest is not a miracle promise but a ritual: write it down, repeat it, look back. That is what keeps you at it.
With a category, a focus intention and your own rhythm. Voice recordings can be played back any time. What no longer fits, you let go of on purpose.
After 30 days the app checks in. What came true moves into the proof archive — the best part when you look back later.
Draw a card and carry its sentence through the day. You can find all the cards you have drawn later.
A short question to think about every day — and if you like, it becomes an intention just for today.
Every complete ritual day extends your streak and every session earns XP — with celebration moments after 7, 30 and 93 days.
The daily card and completed intentions can flow into your Thankful journal. With a bygue account you take your data along to a new device.
Free & Pro
Everything you need to manifest costs nothing. Pro unlocks the whole calm library and gives you more room.
No account, no expiry date.
Monthly or yearly, cancel any time in the App Store.
Your intentions stay yours
Manifest works entirely without an account. Intentions, ritual days and voice recordings live on your device, and your phone schedules the reminders itself. A bygue account and the link to Thankful are optional — and Apple Health only receives your mindful minutes; nothing is read from it.
More about privacyQuick questions
No. Manifest is a ritual: put a goal into clear words, repeat it regularly and look back later at what became of it. That helps many people stay with it — whatever you call it.
Days with special number symbolism such as 10/10, 11/11 or the Lion’s Gate around 8/8. They come from numerology. New and full moons, equinoxes and solstices, on the other hand, are calculated astronomically.
No. A bygue account is only needed if you want to take your data to another device. It is the same account as in Thankful.
